This product is part of the ‘Untitled’ collection. ‘Untitled’ is a feast of color and composition, giving a nod to the art that has inspired Susan. Out of nothing comes something. That’s the magic of creation. But don’t be mistaken. This nothing is not a blank void. It is rich with context and inspiration. When the artist takes this nothing as a source, the artist actually takes a deep plunge within their self, searching for the right angle. For Susan Bijl, this angle is often found in art. In the use of color in history’s most fantastic paintings. In the complex of tints, and in the contrasts that make up the compositions.

Susan Bijl wanted to become a product designer, but she did not expect her handbag would be such a success and that it would give her big name recognition. In the year 2000 she started designing bags of durable ripstop nylon. Ripstop nylon is also used for making tents and sails and is not only water-resistant, but also durable. In 2003, Bijl was sufficiently satisfied with the design to bring the 'shirt bag' on the market and even under her own name. Susan Bijl is no longer just a Dutch lady, wife, mother and designer, but also bag label sold worldwide and popular for its multifunctional and sustainable design.
Susan works with a different color theme every year, because she says 'it remains the same design so you have to provide variety, keep the fun in it'. Gradually new products were added to the range, such as backpacks, laptop covers and pouches.
