DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Place your order before 1700 hours Dutch time and we will strive to ship it the same day. Otherwise, we will send your order within two business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY?
We do not guarantee a certain delivery time. We will ship your order within two business days. As soon as your order has left our store, you will be notified by DHL or UPS and you will receive a track and trace code.

Yes please note that depending on your region local taxes, import duties or other charges can occur of which Objet Trouvé, unfortunately, will not be held responsible.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY ITEM FOR RETURN?
It’s best to use the original packaging for returns. If you don’t have the original bag or box anymore, make sure to pack your goods well to ensure the goods will not be damaged.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive your refund within fourteen days after you return has been approved.
WILL SHIPPING & DUTIES BE REFUNDED ON RETURN?
No the refund will be for the purchased items only, not for the initial paid shipping costs or other duties.
